Channel Sales Program Manager 100%

 

The Partner Program Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the Flyability global channel sales program.
Your mission will be that of ensuring scalability and efficiency of Flyability’s global channel sales operations through the standardization of channel processes, as well as continuous partner training and knowledge sharing.
 
You will collaborate with all departments to drive the vision, strategy and goals of the global channel sales program. You will have full ownership of the program structure and requirements, including partner onboarding, training, contracts and incentive programs. You will be part of the sales team and report to the Sales Director.

What you will own:

  • Ownership of the global channel sales program including tiers, requirements and incentives
  • Management of end to end channel processes and policies to support the program
  • Ensuring partner data accuracy and workflows, contracts/agreements, and operational governance around the program, across territories
  • Delivering ongoing education and training as needed, both to partners and internally
  • Supporting the implementation of the program through all phases by providing regional feedback to Area Sales Managers, including conflicts and best practices
  • Driving the organization of annual partner events 
  • Own the integration of the partner portal with Salesforce and related tools

Your profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience and proven success in channel or sales operations for technology companies
  • Extensive experience working with Distributors or Value Added Resellers at a global level
  • Fluent in English. Any other language an asset
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and self-prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A true team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and collaboratively on a wide range of tasks on strict deadlines
