Legal Adviser 40%

Your role:

In this position, you will join us to familiarize yourself with international drone regulations and assess their impact on our current activity and future products. You will report directly to the General Counsel. You will be interacting closely with the Sales & Marketing, Operations and R&D departments to understand the specific needs of our activity.

What you will own:

  • Creation of an efficient classification of all contracts on Google Drive since the incorporation of the company and classification of all agreements in the Database
  • Maintain the Contract Database
  • Review, negotiate and draft contracts for our suppliers and customers based on our standards
  • Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Assist our R&D Department on product certifications in several countries
  • Draw up and review internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor and search international regulatory changes (especially for the commercial use of indoor drones)
  • Provide any legal support to other departments and external counsels

Your profile:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in law
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent computer skills, including in setting up the classification of contracts in a Database based on best practices
  • An organized, autonomous and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor your own workload
  • Interest in high-technology and startup environments
