Talent Acquisition Manager

Your role:

The people team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, recruit and onboard the best profiles for our teams. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping the people's agenda and ensure we continue to strengthen our culture. 

What you will own: 

  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting, hiring and onboarding the right people
  • Monitoring Compensation & Benefit business environment and lead benchmarking, research and analysis of compensation & benefit programs
  • Partner with our hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process
  • Establishing strong relationships with hiring manager, help them shaping meaningful job descriptions 
  • Providing training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing and selecting the right people for the company, when required 
  • Proactively and creatively scout and source talent 
  • Developing and communicating on our employer branding 
  • Ensuring an enjoyable candidate experience and continuously improving the recruitment journey and implementing best practices
  • Creating engaging recruitment campaigns 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders 
  • Tracking KPIs to allocate our budgets and make data driven hiring decisions

Your profile:

  • Federal Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent 
  • Hands on experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes with focus on an extraordinary candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English, good command of French
