Cancellation Policy

Introductory Training

An Introductory training is provided as a credit upon the purchase of your Elios. This credit is subject to the following cancellation policy and in the case the policy's requirements are not met, you lose the right to this voucher and charges will apply.

i) If the training take place at Flyability headquarters:

Flyability requires a cancellation notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If this requirement is not met, Flyability shall, at its sole discretion, decline to provide the "Introductory Training" and/or accept to reschedule the training, in which case you shall make a payment of 1'000 CHF to Flyability.

ii) If the training take place at your facility:

Flyability requires a cancellation notice 14 days prior to our scheduled arrival. In any case you will need to indemnify Flyability for the potential changes in the travelling arrangement. If this requirement is not met, you shall indemnify Flyability for all reasonable costs and expenses connected to the services and incurred until that date, including but not limited to, flight tickets, hotel reservations, car rental etc. Flyability shall also, at its sole discretion, decline to provide the "Introductory Training" and/or accept to reschedule the training, in which case you shall make a payment of 1'000 CHF to Flyability.

iii) If the training is provided by our partner:

A similar 14 days policy applies but our partners are free to charge additional costs or have other cancelation policy.

Specialized training

i)If training is taking place at Flyability Training center:

Flyability requires a cancellation notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If this requirement is not met, Flyability shall, at its sole discretion, decline to provide the "Specialized training" and/or accept to reschedule the training, in which case you shall make an advanced payment of 1’000 CHF to Flyability.

ii) Training provided by our partner:

A similar 14 days policy is usually applied however, our partners are free to charge additional costs or have other cancelation policy.
