FAQ
When will the venue and detailed agenda be announced?
We will announce the venue on the 07.03.2023 along with a detailed agenda, information on our speakers & other exciting news.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. You are liable for the full cost of your admission to the Event (including any additional services) notwithstanding your subsequent cancellation, failure to attend, or any government rules or regulations that prevent you from traveling to the Event. No refunds will be given. You are also solely responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations (including any associated cancellation charges).
What experience level do I need to attend the workshops?
Workshop sessions will range from beginner to advanced. Still, we expect attendees to have a general familiarity with Flyability drones and software solutions.
Where can I get information about accommodations and the venue?
The event will take place at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC). We have negociated a discounted rate a the nearest hotel, Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway, for our audience which you can book using this link.
Will the user conference content be available on-demand?
No. The user conference takes place entirely in-person. None of the sessions will be streamed or recorded.
What is included in the ticket?
The conference ticket is valid for 1 person, granting access to all the event activities between April 17th & 18th. Please note that Tickets (Early Bird and Standard) do not include personal transportation and hotel accommodation, which fall under the responsibility of the attendee.
How do I obtain my ticket confirmation?
Once you have filled out our registration form, you will receive an email from us with a unique link of your ticket and your purchase order confirmation.
Can I register for this event on-site?
General registration will not be offered on-site.
What health and safety protocols should I be aware of?
Do not enter the venue if you feel unwell. We encourage attendees to practice the health and safety measures as advised by the venue, the state of Georgia, and the CDC at the time of the event.
Can I buy Flyability products at the User Conference?
