No more humans doing dangerous jobs.
Flyability is a Swiss company building safe drones for operating indoors, in complex and confined spaces, and in contact with people. By allowing drones to be used safely inside cities, inside buildings, and in contact with people, it enables new interactions and services with UAVs and solving the two most critical issues of one of the fastest-growing industries: collision and injury risks.
Send robots instead of humans to gather data in dangerous and hard-to-reach industrial places.
Build a rewarding human adventure, true to its values and sustainable
Flyability is a passionate team of roboticists from the best universities of the world and specialists in diverse fields such as composite materials, aerodynamics, building companies, and dealing with the fun of international shipping.

CO-FOUNDER AND CTO
After a MSc in robotics at the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) and Harvard University, Adrien pursued a PhD at EPFL (Laboratory of Intelligent Systems) during which he developed and patented novel approaches for the stabilization of flying robots in cluttered environments. Through 6 years of research in the field, Adrien mastered all aspects of the flying robots technology including mechanical, electrical and software engineering.
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO
Patrick is Co-founder and CEO of Flyability, the leading professional indoor drone company aiming at increasing efficiency and reducing risks for humans in industrial inspections. Under his tenure, Flyability grew from 2 to over 60 employees and acquired over 300 customers. Before founding Flyability, Patrick worked as a strategy consultant as a specialist in product launches for the life sciences industries. Patrick graduated from EPFL in Switzerland with an MSc in Engineering.
FLYABILITY IS A SPIN-OFF FROM EPFL (ECOLE POLYTECHNIQUE FÉDÉRALE DE LAUSANNE) AND WAS BORN AT THE LABORATORY OF INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS OF PROF. DARIO FLOREANO, AND SUPPORTED BY THE SWISS NATIONAL CENTER OF COMPETENCE IN ROBOTICS (NCCR ROBOTICS).
