Flyability forms exclusive partnership with BRAAMD, Inc. to expand reach in the Philippines

February 26, 2020—Flyability recently signed a contract with BRAAMD, Inc., making it the exclusive official reseller of Flyability products in the Philippines.

Flyability, Swiss creator of the groundbreaking Elios 2 indoor drone for internal inspections, is excited to announce a new partnership with BRAAMD, Inc. in the Philippines. Through the partnership, BRAAMD will now be an official Flyability reseller, offering the Elios 2 and other Flyability solutions for indoor inspection needs throughout the country.

BRAAMD, Inc. has been actively selling Flyability’s drones for indoor inspections since 2017. It first began selling the Elios as a solution for customers who ran coal-fired CFB power plants, and needed to have some way to conduct visual inspections inside of its boilers that could help reduce manned entry requirements. Since then, it has also begun selling the Elios 2, the next generation of Flyability’s caged drone for internal inspections in assets like boilers, pressure vessels, and stacks.

“BRAAMD is always on the lookout for dynamic, innovative, trailblazing, and game-changing solutions that we can offer to our valued customers,” says Maria Lenavi B. Ramos, Marketing Director of BRAAMD, Inc. “We believe that Flyability’s Elios and Elios 2 will help our customers realize greater savings throughout their internal inspections, and we’re excited to increase our proofs-of-concept, generate more awareness, and deliver a positive customer experience for our clients throughout the Philippines.”

Using the Elios and the Elios 2, BRAAMD, Inc.’s customers have been able to significantly reduce the time needed for internal inspections, which has helped reduce both the cost and downtimes associated with these operations. Using an indoor drone to collect visual data has also removed the need for using scaffolding and manned rope access in inspections, providing further savings benefits.

“We are grateful to the Flyability team for their continuous support,” says Miss Ramos. “Our synergy with the Flyability Asia-Pacific team is very promising, and we are all geared up and very eager to engage. Now that we are the exclusive partner of Flyability in the Philippines, we are looking forward to our customers benefiting from the safety, value, and technology of Flyability’s drone solutions for indoor inspection scenarios.”
